Paid access opens the remaining topics across all four levels, every practice test, and everything else on the site.
No. You buy a fixed period and nothing is ever charged again without you deciding to buy again. There is no standing mandate on your card. We email you before your access ends so the date is never a surprise.
The site goes back to its free part, and your progress is untouched — every lesson you finished stays finished, your scores and streaks stay where they are. Buying again opens everything immediately; there is nothing to restore.
The new time is added to the end of the time you already have. Nothing is replaced and nothing is lost. If your year runs to 4 August and you buy the 3-month plan today, your access then runs to 4 November.
All three plans work this way, including the one you are already on. So there is no wrong moment to buy: it always makes your period longer, and the card shows your new end date before you pay.
There is nothing to switch, because there is no ladder of plans here. There is the period you are in, and three things that make it longer. Buying yearly while a month is still running simply adds a year on top of it.
While your plan is still running, every plan costs you 10% less. It is the same 10% on all three, so two members never see different rates. You need no code — the lower price is on the card and it is the amount you are charged.
It is a member price, so it goes when the membership goes. Once your access has ended, buying again costs the normal price. Adding time before your end date is always cheaper than starting again after it.
Yes — two devices, one of each, and your progress stays in step between them. If you change phone, you can free the slot from your account page.
The one on this page wherever we can take payment in it. Where we cannot, you are told the exact amount and currency before the payment window opens — on the card above and again on the confirmation step. You will never be shown one figure and charged another without being told first.
Payment is taken by Razorpay in their own secure window — card, UPI or net banking. Your card details never reach Hello Deutsch, and we could not store them if we wanted to.
If a first purchase is not what you expected, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it in full. Those 7 days cover that first purchase; time you add later runs to the end of what you paid for, and we do not refund part-used periods. The details are in the Terms.
No, and it is not meant to. Paying unlocks material. Your level and your score come from work you have actually done, and no payment path can write to them.
